Slow Fire is a wood fired food trailer located in Washtenaw County, owned by Chefs Maggie Long and Drew Sujek. Our primary focus will be pizzas, small plates and desserts but we'll also cook anything we can think of in our wood burning oven! "SlowFire is our dream- to build a space where we can cook the food we love,  to foster community one meal at a time while supporting our local food system".

With decades of experience sourcing and partnering directly with local farms, we are uniquely experienced to start something special.
