The Food Truck

The Slow Fire food truck is equipped with a traditional wood-burning oven, designed for making pizzas on site the way they were meant to be enjoyed… fresh from the field to the flame. While pizza is at the heart of what we do, our menus also include small plates, seasonal salads, and desserts. We love to get creative, cooking just about anything we can dream up in our wood-fired oven, always using local and seasonal ingredients to keep our food rooted in community.
