OUR FOOD-

In our food truck, we cook with a wood-fired oven, serving what is in season. We work closely with our partners to source produce from ‘Green Things Farm Collective’, meats from Washtenaw Meats, and cheeses and dairy from Zingerman’s and other local cheese producers. Here is a sample of what you might find us serving seasonally… The seasons and harvest dictate our menu. Pizza is the flame to our fire, but we also specialize in salads and desserts.
